Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our human resources initiatives and talent sourcing efforts. This vital role is designed for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, driving organizational success through innovative HR practices, effective talent management, and strong leadership. As the cornerstone of our HR team, you will shape our workforce strategies, foster a positive employee experience, and ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations. Your energetic approach will inspire teams, streamline processes, and elevate our company's human capital management to new heights. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates across various departments, utilizing HR sourcing techniques and innovative recruiting methods. Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, training & development, and employee evaluation processes. Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure seamless onboarding experiences that align with organizational culture and compliance standards. Administer benefits programs including payroll processing, benefits administration, workers' compensation claims, FMLA leave management, and regulatory compliance management. Handle employee misconduct investigations with transparency and fairness while ensuring adherence to employment & labor law regulations. Drive process improvement initiatives within HR functions to optimize efficiency, enhance employee engagement, and support organizational change management efforts. Qualifications Proven experience in managing human resources functions with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations. Strong supervisory skills with demonstrated success in managing human resources teams or departments. Extensive knowledge of employment law in talent management, HR legal compliance, OSHA standards, and EEO regulations. Proficiency in HR systems such as Oracle
HCM, SAP
SuccessFactors, Kronos, UltiPro or similar platforms; data analysis skills are essential. Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation skills and strategic thinking capabilities. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity while managing multiple priorities effectively. Prior experience in training & development programs, performance management systems, succession planning, and process improvement initiatives.
