Managing Partner Orlando, FL Strata Group brokered by LPT Realty Performance-Based Partnership | 1099
Independent Contractor The Opportunity:
Lead a High-Performing Established Market Orlando is Strata's most developed and highest-producing market with ~55 agents and strong cultural alignment already in place. This role is for a leader who can optimize, elevate, and scale a high-performing market, not rebuild it. You will be responsible for maintaining culture, improving conversion, and driving continued production growth while helping shape long-term expansion strategy. Your Core Focus1. Agent Production (Primary
  • ~80%) Drive daily accountability and pipeline execution Coach agents on listings, contracts, and closings Improve conversion rates across existing agents Maintain a high-performance, disciplined sales environment 2.
Culture & Leadership Strengthen and protect an already cohesive culture Lead from the front with consistent visibility and presence Reinforce accountability, urgency, and execution standards Ensure alignment across experienced producing agents 3. Recruiting & Growth (~20%) Maintain steady recruiting flow (~2 agents/month) Support corporate recruiting infrastructure Participate in market-level recruiting events and networking Help elevate quality of incoming agents 4. Market Expansion Support Contribute to identifying and developing a future office location Help shape long-term physical presence in the Orlando market Support strategic market scaling initiatives Requirements Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Holds an active Florida real estate license with 5+ years of residential real estate experience Has successfully led, scaled, or built a real estate team, brokerage segment, or high-producing market Brings proven recruiting, agent development, and sales leadership experience Understands accountability, KPIs, pipeline management, and performance coaching at a high level Thinks like an operator and business owner — not a solo producer looking for a desk Is energized by building culture, driving production, and creating long-term market growth Has strong leadership presence, recruiting instincts, and the ability to hold high standards Is comfortable owning results, performance, and team culture in a fast-paced environment Strongly Preferred Background $20M+ in personal production OR leadership of a $50M+ producing team Experience within high-growth brokerages such as eXp, LPT, REAL, Compass, Side, etc. Familiarity with mortgage, title, or insurance cross-selling / ancillary revenue models Strong local network within Orlando, Jacksonville, or surrounding Florida markets Entrepreneurial, high-accountability mindset with a long-term growth mentality Benefits Compensation 1099 Independent Contractor (No Base Salary)
Realistic Earnings Potential:
Early phase: ~$12K
  • 18K/month Stable leadership phase: ~$18K
  • 25K/month Scaled high-performance market: $25K
  • 40K+/month Orlando is a mature market, so earnings are more consistent earlier with faster path to scale.
