We've won best brokerage in Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast. ECHO's average sale is one million dollars and we have in excess of $500 million of sales volume. ECHO has three physical locations. Our headquarters are in Palm Beach Gardens. Our Treasure Coast location has been open for 2 years with 15 + agents. Delray Beach is our newest location. Broward and Dade Counties are on our future radar. Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Recruiting & Sales Development Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts and drive sales growth through innovative development strategies. This position will have direct interaction with owner and broker, Jeff Lichtenstein along with the management team at ECHO. The energetic role requires a proactive leader who excels in building relationships, managing recruitment processes, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in HR sourcing, technical recruiting, and sales to attract top talent and develop our sales team's potential, ensuring sustained success and growth. There are two roles. 1) Training and devopment and retention of talent. 2) Recruiting Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies along with our full time Recruiting Manager to attract top-tier talent across various roles including executive, campus, internal recruiting, and technical positions. Lead talent management initiatives including employee orientation, ongoing training, performance evaluations, and employee relations to foster a motivated workforce. Build strong relationships with candidates through effective communication skills and relationship management techniques. Drive sales development by training on targeted lead generation campaigns, cold calling prospects, and utilizing social media management tools to expand market reach. Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance in all hiring practices. Demonstrated success in sales roles including cold calling, relationship management, lead generation, and social media management. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in employee evaluation and training & development initiatives. Good role playing and presentation skills.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
