Your Role The Principal Talent Advisor partners with key stakeholders across our G&A organizations: Finance, HR / People, Marketing and Corporate Strategy. This role requires a seasoned, data-savvy talent acquisition professional capable of owning the full recruiting lifecycle-from market research and sourcing to candidate engagement and closing-while elevating the talent strategy through insights, technology, and exceptional stakeholder partnership. What You Will Bring + Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources. + Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement. + Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies. + Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive recruitment decisions. + Experience in developing and executing talent acquisition plans. + Strong organizational and project management skills. + Adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
