Talent Advisors at Nutanix are strategic partners and talent experts with a proven background in hunting for and securing top talent within our industry. While knowledge of hybrid cloud and SaaS is ideal, it is not required. What is essential is the ability to understand evolving talent markets, influence leaders, and use modern tools-including AI platforms and talent analytics-to drive a competitive hiring strategy.
Your Role
The Principal Talent Advisor partners with key stakeholders across our G&A organizations: Finance, HR / People, Marketing and Corporate Strategy. This role requires a seasoned, data-savvy talent acquisition professional capable of owning the full recruiting lifecycle-from market research and sourcing to candidate engagement and closing-while elevating the talent strategy through insights, technology, and exceptional stakeholder partnership.
What You Will Bring
+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
+ Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
+ Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
+ Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive recruitment decisions.
+ Experience in developing and executing talent acquisition plans.
+ Strong organizational and project management skills.
+ Adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
