Job Description:
As a Scheduling Manager based in Bowling Green, you will act as a senior recruitment consultant, overseeing all scheduling operations for the company. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the schedules of employees, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency. Additionally, you will work closely with other departments to develop and implement scheduling strategies to meet the company's goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience as a scheduling manager or similar role Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office applications Knowledge of labor laws and regulations Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
