Job description: Office Manager / Recruitment Coordinator Delta Fabricators is seeking a professional, organized, and bilingual Office Manager / Recruitment Coordinator to support our growing workforce operations in the shipyard, fabrication, construction, and industrial industries. This position plays a key role in managing office operations, recruiting qualified candidates, supporting employees, and coordinating workforce needs. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. This individual will work closely with management, employees, applicants, and clients to ensure efficient operations and successful workforce placement. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and maintain an organized, professional workplace. Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, employees, applicants, and clients. Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with general administrative duties. Recruit, screen, and coordinate interviews for skilled trades and industrial positions. Post job advertisements and manage candidate sourcing efforts. Assist with employee onboarding, orientations, employment documentation, and new hire paperwork. Maintain accurate employee records and workforce documentation. Track applicant status, onboarding progress, and employee attendance. Conduct employee check-ins and assist with workforce retention efforts. Coordinate communication between employees, supervisors, clients, and management. Assist with employee scheduling, travel arrangements, and transportation coordination when needed. Support payroll administration by maintaining accurate employee information and time records. Address employee concerns and escalate workforce-related issues to management when necessary. Assist with workforce planning and staffing needs. Translate and interpret between English and Spanish as needed. Maintain confidentiality regarding employee and company information. Support company compliance initiatives and internal policies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree or relevant experience preferred. Minimum 2-3 years of administrative, office management, recruiting, or human resources experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with recruiting, onboarding, or workforce coordination preferred. Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in staffing, construction, shipyard, industrial, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
