Job Description

Purpose:
Responsible for the recruitment and selection of Cass Regional personnel, and for the design and coordination of onboarding programs and activities. Additionally responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of strategies and goals to retain staff including assistance with organization-wide programs that improve retention and engagement.
Essential Responsibilities Include:
Coordinates the recruitment and employment coordination activities of well-qualified personnel. Designs, coordinates, and facilitates orientation programs to foster a positive attitude toward organizational goals. Coordinates employee engagement activities to improve retention. Lead full-cycle recruitment from job posting through offer acceptance Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and recruit top talent Build and promote Cass Regional's employment brand through social media, job fairs, community outreach, and recruitment marketing Coordinate pre-employment screenings and ensure a seamless onboarding experience Design and facilitate engaging New Employee Orientation and our 90-day onboarding program Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and retention strategies Assist with employee engagement surveys and department action planning Train leaders and employees on interview best practices and peer interview processes Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience

Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred ; equivalent combination of education and relevant Human Resources experience will also be considered. Two or more years of Human Resources experience, with a focus on recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or employee onboarding preferred. Experience recruiting in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required. Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources Experience coordinating onboarding or employee orientation programs Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR software is preferred Healthcare recruitment experience is a plus but not required Familiarity with Paycom is plus Needs to be very familiar and comfortable with excel
