This role is vital in shaping our workforce by attracting top-tier talent, managing high-volume recruitment campaigns, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. As a key player in our human resources team, you will drive innovative sourcing strategies, foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, and uphold employment law compliance to support our company's growth and success. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive regional talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals, including campus recruitment, executive recruiting, and high-volume hiring initiatives. Lead end-to-end full cycle recruiting processes using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Lever or UltiPro, ensuring efficient candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal hiring managers, HR teams, and external recruitment agencies to facilitate effective talent management and succession planning. Utilize social media marketing (recruitment) techniques to generate candidate interest through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other digital channels. Conduct research on labor market trends and employment law in talent management to ensure compliance with HR legal standards and employment & labor law regulations. Oversee candidate sourcing efforts through cold calling, research, employee referrals, and leveraging talent management software like Paychex or HR systems to identify top candidates efficiently. Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns while maintaining a positive candidate experience; coordinate employee orientation and employee evaluation processes post-hire. Requirements Proven experience in talent acquisition or human resources roles with a focus on full cycle recruiting across multiple regions. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to effectively manage candidate relationships and stakeholder expectations. Demonstrated expertise in HR sourcing methods including external recruiting, internal recruiting, campus recruitment, and technical recruiting. Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Lever or UltiPro, along with HR systems like Paychex or HRIS (Human Resources Information System). Knowledge of employment law in talent management as well as HR legal compliance to ensure all hiring practices adhere to legal standards. Ability to manage relationship management initiatives across diverse teams while executing social media marketing (recruitment) campaigns successfully. Experience in lead generation for talent pools and conducting high-volume recruitment projects efficiently under tight deadlines. Strong research skills combined with a proactive approach to training & development initiatives that support ongoing talent growth within the organization.
