Job Description

The Executive Ph.D. Program in Urban Higher Education is seeking applications for its Enrollment & Recruitment Manager position. Coordinates all recruitment and marketing/advertising activities for the EPhD Program, including the upkeep of the website. Coordinates admission and enrollment activities for all new, current, and continuing students by serving as the primary contact for resolution of student records, registration, and enrollment-related services. Assists new, current, and continuing students in the EPhD Program with academic service issues (i.e. financial aid, admissions, outstanding balances, etc…) Coordinates and executes all activities associated with new student orientation, graduation celebration, and any other EPhD events. Solicits hotel bids each year and works with JSU legal to secure a lodging contract. Responds to all hotel-related issues. Develops professional relationships with students in the EPhD Program. Works with faculty to assist in developing, maintaining, and adhering to the program plan. Plans and facilitates student and faculty domestic and international travel and activities, as applicable. Performs other duties as assigned. Master's Degree Five (5) Years in Higher Education Administration
