RECRUITMENT MANAGER

RECRUITMENT MANAGER JOB SUMMARY
Completes full cycle of recruitment for all Liberty Companies with a specific focus on SNF recruitment Tracks open positions for Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services, including requisition management in the ATS system, adding new positions to the ATS as needed, and working with recruiters to ensure updates to requisitions and applicants Devises strategic recruitment initiatives to attract a larger applicant pool, including direct sourcing for applicants, review of new resources, and implementation of new resources Screens resumes and applications to ensure minimum qualifications are met and shares resumes/applications with the hiring managers. Completes phone interviews and in person interviews with candidates to identify appropriate candidates for hiring managers. Extends offer of employment to candidates when requested by hiring manager, sends offer letters and benefits information as needed Establishes and maintains a strong working relationship with all levels of hiring managers across all Liberty Companies. Guides and educates hiring managers on the hiring process. Provides direct leadership and management of all SNF recruiters, and provides leadership coverage to recruitment staff in the absence of the Director of Corporate Recruitment Assists in the hiring and training of new recruitment staff. Attends Job Fairs and community events to attract potential candidates. Completes and delivers performance reviews for recruitment staff, as well as any needed performance documentation Performs other related job duties and special projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Prefer Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or related field. Five plus years of recruiting or related Human Resource experience preferred Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and diplomacy. Ability to provide a high level of customer service to all hiring groups. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). Knowledge of federal and state hiring laws.
