Job Description

Nature of Work Reporting to the Vice President of Enrollment Management, the Director for Admissions is expected to function both independently and collaboratively with the campus community to identify, support, and coordinate new and transfer student recruitment efforts.
Examples of Work Performed Essential Duties:
Design and implement recruitment and admissions strategies to identify, attract, and enroll students. Monitor and report on regional, state, national, and global enrollment trends. Understand the competitive landscape and respond accordingly while communicating the advantages and values to prospective students. Establish and maintain a strong customer service focus. Oversee the administration of all recruitment processes, including maintaining a written current recruitment plan. Design and implement programs for assigned admissions areas, including recruitment of graduate and undergraduate students, on-boarding, orientation, campus visits, and transfer student services Conduct on-going assessment of recruitment, orientation, and assigned admissions practices to remain current. Coordinate recruitment activities with other departments and student service units. Public speaking and representing CSC and Enrollment Management in various formats. Attend college sponsored activities and appropriate conferences. Provides leadership for assigned areas; design and implement programs for assigned admissions areas, including recruitment of graduate and undergraduate students, on-boarding, orientation, campus visits, and transfer student services. Makes recommendations to the Vice President for Enrollment Management on marketing, website, policy changes, procedures updates, outcome assessments, budget review. Leadership role in managing, assessing, and renewing of all Enrollment Management's Memo of Understanding (MOUs) and vendor/service contracts, as well as aid in the development and oversight of partnership agreements.

Manage assigned web pages and social media content Other job-related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree 2 years experience with Admissions and/or an associated position in Higher Education Must possess excellent written and oral communications skills, Must have proven data collection and analysis skills, and Must be willing to travel with some driving in winter conditions and work a flexible work schedule.
