Job Description

Monmouth University is seeking applications for a Part-Time Assistant Director of Recruiting for Women's Basketball. This role will assist in all administrative aspect of recruiting. Organization is a priority in this role as it requires management of a large database of recruiting files and compliance to an ever-changing landscape of recruiting. This is an in-person, on-campus, non-remote position.

Resume or Curriculum Vitae Optional Documents Cover Letter Professional References Assist staff with all areas of recruiting Clipping and sorting practice film Assist in coordination of recruiting high school prospects Maintain recruiting database Help execute July recruiting for coaches Facilitate and execute all facets of official visits, unofficial visits Create recruiting documents, mailouts, power points Increase game attendance by local teams in the community Help in organization of transfer portal database Practice setup, breakdown Participate in drill breakdown & culture building Assist in camps & clinics Collaborate with the community Help execute camps/clinics successfully Assist in team travel Meal forms & distribution Travel logistics Other duties as assigned Bachelor's degree A valid driver's license in your state of residence and have had no serious violations (Type A) within the past five (5) years and no more than three (3) moving violations (Type B) in the past three (3) years.
