Job Description

Salary Pay Range:
$62,353.20-$68,000
Shift:
Monday-Friday 8:30am-4pm Responsible for oversight of agency talent acquisition activities to include managing the daily activities of the talent acquisition team to ensure hiring standards are met. Conduct on-going analyses of talent acquisition initiatives to identify areas for improvement.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the supervision and development of TA Manager and Recruitment Coordinator. Responsible for conducting analysis of staffing levels and preparing plans for anticipating future needs. Effectively partner with management teams to review and address staffing needs. Partner with Marketing and Communications team to identify new external sourcing strategies. Manage internal and external job postings, ensuring information is accurate and in compliance with agency policy. Leverage data and recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction) to optimize hiring processes and report to leadership. Ensure effective legal strategies and processes in selection and onboarding. Oversee department hiring also including; volunteer, intern and temporary employee requests from hiring managers as well as relationships with temporary agencies. Maintain a comprehensive understanding/knowledge base of the key HR issues impacting staffing and other areas of HR. Complies with all agency policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in related field. 6-9 years of related experience. HR certification preferred. Excellent leadership skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork building skills.
