  • Onsite Apex Service Partners is seeking an experienced Regional Talent Acquisition Manager to lead regional recruiting strategy across our Atlantic North portfolio.
This role partners closely with regional and brand leadership to support growth across New York, New England, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. What you'll do Lead regional talent acquisition strategy across multiple service brands Partner with executive and operations leaders to forecast and execute hiring plans Drive high-volume technician hiring as well as leadership and exempt searches Build, coach, and support recruiting teams across the region Strengthen employer branding and pipeline development Leverage data and recruiting metrics to drive results Travel throughout the Atlantic North region to support brands What we're looking for 5+ years of talent acquisition experience Multi-site or regional recruiting experience Skilled trades or field-based hiring experience strongly preferred Ability to influence senior leaders in fast-paced growth environments Willingness to travel regularly Apex Service Partners may conduct a preemployment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law.
