Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Patient Recruitment and Engagement Manager to join our Phase 1 Unit Recruiting team. This position will be part of a team focused on recruiting participants for our research studies and contribute to the company's success. Responsibilities :
Implement various recruitment strategies for clinical research studies at Medpace Clinical Pharmacology Unit (MCPU); Work effectively with physicians, patient advocacy and specialized community groups to support and increase participant enrollment Work effectively with CPU leadership to develop recruitment plans and ideas for new and on-going studies. Utilize our systems to track progress of media generated referrals and overall study enrollment; Update study specific social media sites; and Increase awareness of MCPU and its trials within the community Actively participate and network at various Community, University & College events Perform ad-hoc projects/tasks as needed.
Qualifications :
Bachelors in Life Science preferred; At least 5 years of patient recruitment experience; Excellent organizational, communication and prioritization skills; Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, social media platforms, and Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.
