• A DAY IN THE LIFE

• + Lead full-cycle recruiting across assigned offices, regions, and divisions, including sourcing passive talent, conducting outreach, phone screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and guiding candidates through the interview and offer process + Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and leaders through transparency, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through + Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, while fostering ongoing relationships with prospective candidates + Manage job requisition creation, postings, and marketing efforts for assigned roles + Coordinate with Onboarding team to ensure complete background check before transitioning candidate to HR team + Contribute to special projects and broader talent acquisition initiatives that support team and business goals •

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

• + 5-10+ years' experience recruiting for construction, engineering or architecture required + Data Center recruiting experience is a plus + Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and/or Metaview + Familiarity with Greenhouse, iCIMS or another applicant tracking system + Experience partnering with multiple hiring managers and leadership + This is an in-office position •
