Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for a top financial services client. This individual will own and drive the organization's full talent acquisition strategy, leading a team of recruiters while partnering closely with senior leaders across the business. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and hands-on recruiting expertise to build sustainable talent pipelines, elevate employer branding, and ensure a compliant, efficient, and scalable hiring process across a large enterprise environment. Day to

Day:

• Develop and execute the overall Talent Acquisition strategy in partnership with senior leaders
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruitment professionals
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future needs
• Own and continuously improve TA processes, metrics, and reporting
• Manage employer branding, social media, and community recruiting efforts
• Design and optimize sourcing strategies and recruitment channel selection
• Oversee campus recruiting and recruiting events
• Conduct interviews for key and leadership roles
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
• Manage recruitment vendors and propose new vendor partnerships
• Monitor and reduce recruitment-related costs

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of recruiting experience as a TA
• Proven experience developing and executing TA strategy
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Leadership and people management experience
• Job interviewing and selection expertise
• Analytical and reporting skills
• Social media and employer branding knowledge
• Working knowledge of employment and labor laws
• Experience managing recruitment processes and HRIS content
• Previous experience with TA in the Finance or Banking Industry
• Master's degree
• Experience supporting large, enterprise-level organizations
• Vendor management and RFP experience
• Campus recruiting strategy experience
