starting right away! Orion Institute is hiring a full-time Assistant Director of Admissions to guide prospective students through the admissions and enrollment process at our Perrysburg campus. This is a hands-on admissions and enrollment position for someone who is organized, motivated, strong at follow-up, and comfortable helping people make important education decisions. Candidates with experience as an Admissions Representative, Admissions Advisor, Enrollment Advisor, Student Recruiter, College Recruiter, or consultative Sales Representative are encouraged to apply. What You'll Do Respond promptly to prospective-student inquiries, online leads, phone calls, texts, and emails. Speak with prospective students and families about Orion Institute's programs, admissions requirements, and next steps. Conduct admissions appointments, campus tours, and enrollment meetings. Guide applicants through the admissions process, required paperwork, and scheduled start dates. Follow up consistently with prospective students from initial inquiry through enrollment and class start. Track leads, appointments, applications, projected enrollments, student starts, and follow-up activity. Maintain accurate prospective-student and admissions records in the CRM or student-information system. Help generate student leads through community outreach, career fairs, high schools, local organizations, social media, and recruiting activities. Coordinate with Career and Student Services to help incoming students complete pre-start requirements. Provide professional, timely service while protecting confidential student and institutional information. What We're Looking For Prior experience in college admissions, enrollment, student recruitment, recruiting, sales, customer service, education, or a related field. Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with prospective students and families. Excellent organization, persistence, and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple leads, appointments, deadlines, and priorities. Comfort using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, email, text messaging, and web-based software. Professional judgment, attention to detail, and a student-focused approach. High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education is a plus. Career college, vocational school, technical school, higher education, or workforce-development experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work full-time on site in Perrysburg, Ohio.
