Full Job Description Driver Recruiting Manager Compensation:
$60,000 to $75,000
Location:
Brooks, OR Not a remote position
Overview:
The Driver Recruiting Manager will lead a team of Recruiting Specialists, overseeing all aspects of truck driver recruitment and hiring. This role focuses on streamlining application processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified drivers to support business growth.
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Recruiting Specialists to meet hiring objectives. Oversee the full recruitment and onboarding process for truck drivers, ensuring timely processing and accurate documentation. Develop and implement strategies to attract, screen, and hire qualified truck drivers. Monitor recruitment metrics, track team performance, and implement process improvements. Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, internal policies, and employment laws. Drive initiatives to improve the candidate experience and employer branding in the trucking industry. Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to align recruiting efforts with broader organizational goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 4 years of Human Resource experience, including 2+ years managing a team. Strong knowledge of multi-state laws and FMCSA regulations. Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment and processing workflows. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting analytics.
