We don't just fill roles—we build teams that power our future. This role is a chance to directly shape the future of our organization by bringing in the talent that makes everything else possible. This is a high-impact, full-cycle recruiter responsible for attracting, engaging, and securing top talent. It's not a traditional HR recruiting role where you're posting jobs, waiting for applications, and hoping the right person wanders into the funnel. You'll be responsible for building and managing talent pipelines for roles across our business. The ideal candidate has experience in talent acquisition or recruiting and understands how to source, qualify, interview, and move candidates through a high-volume hiring process. Responsibilities:
Although this position is heavily focused on recruiting, you will also be responsible for employee relations, day-to-day HR support, and payroll coordination. Talent Acquisition Partner with business leaders to support short and long-term business objectives regarding staffing, including an understanding of job duties and goals Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination Qualify candidates against detailed job descriptions through resume reviews, phone and in-person interviews Maintain and improve candidate experience throughout the hiring process Source candidates from a variety of sources, including job boards, employee referrals and online resources Build talent pipelines and community partnerships to support workforce planning initiatives Make recommendations to hiring managers for qualified candidates Coordinate, schedule, and participate in interviews Assist with employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts Promote Continental Cup in a positive manner as an employer of choice Workforce Planning and Development Develop long-term talent plans aligned with business priorities, anticipating future capability needs Adjust sourcing strategies based on data, performance metrics, and evolving business needs Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires ensuring participation at orientation, safety training and benefits enrollment meetings Ensure managers and leads are regularly connecting with new hires at scheduled intervals (30, 60, and 90-days of employment) to address training and development needs and effective onboarding Promote employee engagement, morale, retention, and organizational culture Passive Talent Engagement Identify, engage, and attract passive candidates using advanced search techniques and targeted outreach. Maintain deep awareness of industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging talent pools.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred, equivalent practical experience will be considered in lieu of a degree 4+ years' experience in recruiting, workforce planning/development, and employee engagement and retention; preferably in a manufacturing environment Proven ability to source, assess, and hire talent across a variety of roles Expertise in managing full-cycle searches for niche, hard-to-fill positions Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortability making and receiving cold calls Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Must be able to work independently with minimal oversite Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/applicant tracking systems At Continental Cup, you'll be part of a collaborative, innovative environment where your contributions have a lasting impact.
