5 Position Summary Responsible for driving prospective student engagement, pipeline development, and enrollment outcomes for the EMBA program. This role requires a proactive, relationship-driven professional who can generate new leads, engage candidates through personalized outreach, and guide prospects from initial interest through enrollment. The position combines high-touch relationship management with a strong focus on outreach, engagement, and results.
Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Pipeline Management Manage the full candidate lifecycle from initial inquiry through enrollment. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospective students. Ensure consistent progression of candidates through the admissions process. Pipeline Development & Outreach Proactively generate new leads through outreach, networking, and partnerships. Engage prospective students through corporate connections, alumni networks, events, and referrals. Expand top-of-funnel activity through targeted and strategic outreach. Candidate Engagement Deliver a high-touch, personalized experience for prospective students. Conduct outreach via phone, email, and virtual/in-person meetings. Maintain timely follow-up and consistent communication. Application & Conversion Support Guide candidates through the application process and provide ongoing support. Maintain engagement with applicants and admitted students. Support efforts to improve candidate conversion and enrollment outcomes. Events & Recruitment Activities Plan and execute virtual and in-person recruitment events. Represent the program at local and national recruiting events. Drive candidate participation and follow-up. Admissions & Candidate Assessment Review applications and participate in candidate evaluation. Conduct interviews and contribute to admissions and scholarship discussions. Support Admissions Committee decision-making. Data Management & Continuous Improvement Track candidate engagement and pipeline activity using CRM systems. Monitor trends and identify opportunities to improve outreach and conversion. Use data insights to refine recruitment strategies.
Working Conditions:
Job Location/Working Conditions Normal office environment. Ability to travel to on
- and off-campus locations, conferences, and events as required.
May require international travel. Ability to work outside normal office hours as needed. Availability for evening/weekend activities and extended hours during peak seasons.
