Director of Revenue and Client Acquisition (Model and Talent Agency) A-List Models and Talent Raleigh, NC Job Details Part-time | Full-time $25 an hour 13 hours ago Benefits Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Management Full Job Description Director of Revenue and Client Acquisition (Model and Talent Agency) We are a faith-based modeling and talent agency, 33 years in business, seeking a hands-on revenue focused director to oversee agency growth, client/talent acquisition and help keep the agency on track with its revenue goals. This role works closely with other managers to ensure the agency runs smoothly while maintaining our values, standards, and long-term vision. The ideal candidate is reliable, results-driven, and comfortable taking responsibility in a small business environment. We want someone who understands this is a small business and wants to help elevate it to the next level. You must have an entrepreneurial mindset and put in the work as if it was a startup. If you enjoy networking, sales, promoting opportunities, and helping expand a purpose-driven organization, this position is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Scout and identify new models and actors aligned with agency standards Interview and sign new talent Actively book jobs for models and actors Build and maintain relationships with clients, casting directors, and brands to secure bookings Ensure consistent booking activity by other scouts/bookers Set, track, and ensure achievement of revenue goals (bi-weekly/monthly) by monitoring overall revenue performance and identifying gaps Help other scouts improve performance and track their individual revenue goals by providing guidance and support to ensure team revenue targets are met Work closely with the Operations Manager to review and track total weekly revenue Assist in creating and implementing solutions for revenue concerns or shortfalls Help develop and introduce new revenue streams (services, partnerships, opportunities) Help create databases for: one for clients and one for revenue
Ideal Candidate:
Strong personality with professional presence Sales and/or marketing background required Management skills required Comfortable with phone outreach and relationship building Organized, self-motivated, and dependable Aligns with a faith-based organization Able to work independently This is a hands-on, results-driven role requiring initiative, strategic thinking, and strong follow-through. Compensation This role is part-time and includes a hybrid compensation structure: Base Hourly Pay (Tuesday
  • Office Hours) $25 per hour for scheduled Tuesday in-office hours (1:30 PM
  • 4:30 PM) % of Revenue & Performance Pay for Saturdays Saturday hours (10:00 AM
  • 4:00 PM) focus on driving agency growth and revenue.
Earn a percentage of revenue from talent you personally sign plus opportunities for bonuses. Bonuses are earned two ways. One is based on financial goals reached from all scouts on a Saturday. The second is based on overall monthly financial goals. Hours :
This position is hybrid. Office hour requirements are Tuesday afternoons and Saturdays. These two days are mandatory. Hours in agency are Tuesdays from 130pm to 430pm and Saturdays from 10am to 4pm. Other hours are remote This position starts off part-time and can lead to full-time.
