Our client is a global leader in the cleaning, grocery, and safety industries, generating over $10 billion in annual revenue with over 100 warehouses across North America. They specialize in a robust redistribution model, supporting broadline distributors and are looking for a Sales Manager in the Northeast due to a recent promotion.
Job Description:
The Sales Manager will own accountability for a high-performing team of Territory Sales Representatives, focusing on their professional development, performance accountability, and sales attainment Drive sales strategy within the Redistribution segment by managing pipelines, forecasts, and pricing to ensure the team surpasses revenue and growth goals for a diverse product mix. Support broadline distributor customers by executing business plans and acting as an agent of change to guide the team through a new, segmented organizational structure. Requirements 3-5 years of b2b sales leadership experience overseeing a remote, field-based sales organization. Proven background in the distributor model, with the specific ability to motivate reps at the distributor level and manage large, complex product portfolios (200,000+ SKUs). Demonstrated track record of executing challenging sales cycles, managing yearly business plans, and consistently delivering on revenue, margin, and cost targets.
Location:
This is a 100% remote field-based sales management opportunity where candidates live i the Greater Worcester, MA area. Expected to spend 75%+ of the week in the field alongside your team of outside reps throughout New England (you are home every night with zero airline travel). Job #5724

 $100,000 - $135,000
Total Comp:
$200,000 - $270,000
