Foshee Residential Management Company has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager (Recruiter). You will play a critical role sourcing, engaging and attracting talented candidates for our growing organization across diverse industries. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, high-energy professional who's passionate about talent management. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Strategy- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Craft job descriptions and postings to attract the right candidates
- Develop a pipeline of candidates for current and future opportunities Full Recruitment Life Cycle Management
- Manage job postings across external job boards, social media and the ATS
- Stay engaged with hiring managers to fill talent needs throughout the organization
- Work with hiring managers to ensure first day readiness Candidate Experience
- Ensure positive candidate experiences
- Maintain timely communication and feedback through the hiring process
- Exhibit company culture and values during the recruiting process Recruitment Metrics and Reporting
- Track and analyze recruitment KPIs Qualifications Experience
- Proven experience in full cycle recruiting across multiple industries
- Proficiency in talent acquisition tools including ATS
- Experience in campus recruitment
- Knowledge of employment and labor law
- Exception communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail Education
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred License/Certification
