Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Actively prospect and acquire new clients through various marketing and networking strategies.
• Conduct thorough candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing to identify top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a staffing firm and business development is essential. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships. Agency experience is a must.
