Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Manager / Recruiter to lead business development for our sister company, Complete Staff/West Allis, while managing the full-cycle recruitment process. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both building client relationships and placing candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients Identify and pursue new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and referrals Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates Understand client hiring needs and provide strategic staffing solutions Negotiate offers and close placements Maintain consistent communication with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process Track activity and manage pipeline using internal systems Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales/recruiting goals
Qualifications:
Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or B2B sales preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with cold calling and business development Strong organizational and time management skills
