Job Description

Talent Acquisition Manager Salary Range:
$89,200 - $111,500,
Full-Time, Permanent Work Arrangement:
Hybrid Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts across multiple healthcare networks and oversee a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists supporting recruitment activities throughout Staten Island, Hicksville, the Bronx, Hudson Valley, and White Plains. This role will drive recruitment strategy, employer engagement, operational excellence, and team development to ensure successful hiring outcomes across the healthcare workforce sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a Talent Acquisition team across multiple regions, ensuring recruitment activities align with organizational goals and employer needs. Collaborate with leadership to address operational and compliance matters and maintain a productive work environment. Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals. Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies to manage vacancies, job postings, and candidate pipelines. Monitor recruitment metrics and workflows to improve efficiency, productivity, and placement outcomes. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare employers and external stakeholders. Supervise, mentor, and develop Talent Acquisition Specialists through coaching, training, and performance management. Support staffing initiatives, onboarding efforts, and continuous process improvement projects. Analyze recruitment data and generate reports related to placements, retention, time-to-fill, and employer satisfaction. Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, employer engagement initiatives, and workforce development efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred. Minimum five (5) years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience and two (2) years of supervisory experience required. Knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and talent pipeline development. Experience using applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Planner. Experience within healthcare and/or unionized environments preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and leverage data to support operational improvements. Additional Requirement:
Candidates must have reliable personal transportation and be willing to travel throughout the five boroughs, Hudson Valley, White Plains, and Long Island to support recruitment activities, employer meetings, and workforce initiatives. Mileage reimbursement is provided for approved business travel in accordance with organizational policy.
