As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in scaling our organization by developing and executing a high-impact recruiting strategy. You'll lead a team of recruiters, partner closely with senior leadership, and drive best-in-class hiring practices that align with our growth objectives and values. This is an opportunity to build, optimize, and lead a modern Talent Acquisition function while directly influencing the trajectory of the university. ________________________________________ Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, fostering a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative recruiting culture
- Design and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with our business objectives, workforce planning needs, and employer brand
- Partner with executive leadership, HR, and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and build scalable recruiting plans across departments
- Own and optimize full-cycle recruiting operations, ensuring efficiency, quality of hire, and an exceptional candidate experience
- Establish and track key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health), using data to drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-making
- Oversee requisition management, prioritization, and allocation of resources, including vendor and agency relationships
- Build proactive sourcing strategies leveraging social platforms, networking, events, and talent market insights to create strong candidate pipelines
- Implement and refine recruiting processes, tools, and technologies to improve scalability and effectiveness
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and innovative recruiting practices to maintain a best-in-class TA function
- Partner with HR leadership on employer branding initiatives to attract diverse, high-quality talent globally
- Lead or contribute to special projects related to talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational growth ________________________________________ Requirements
- 7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or team management capacity
- Proven success building and executing strategic, metrics-driven talent acquisition programs in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple business units
- Strong experience managing recruiting teams, including performance management, coaching, and development
- Expertise in proactive sourcing strategies, including social recruiting, networking, and market mapping
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting analytics, and process optimization
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate organizational goals into hiring strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging at all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in higher education, healthcare/nursing recruitment, or international recruiting strongly preferred
- Experience scaling recruiting functions within a global or multi-location organization
- Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies
- Prior experience working in the higher education verticals, nursing and international recruitment a strong plus
Pay:
