Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Recruiting Office Manager to lead our talent acquisition operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, manage a team of recruiting professionals, and ensure seamless coordination across all hiring initiatives. Your expertise in talent management, HR sourcing, and full cycle recruiting will drive our organization's growth by attracting top-tier candidates. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our hiring strategies, foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and implement innovative recruitment solutions using advanced HR systems and talent acquisition tools. Duties Lead and coordinate all recruiting activities, including executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and high-volume hiring campaigns. Manage the recruitment team's daily operations, providing training on best practices in interviewing, candidate sourcing, and social media marketing for recruitment. Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals, utilizing talent management software such as iCIMS, Workday, or PeopleSoft. Oversee the full cycle recruiting process from cold calling potential candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring compliance with employment law and HR legal standards. Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored candidate sourcing solutions. Implement ATS (Applicant Tracking System) best practices to streamline candidate tracking, data management, and reporting. Conduct research on labor market trends to enhance lead generation efforts and improve candidate sourcing channels. Ensure adherence to employment & labor law regulations while managing contracts, employee orientation programs, employee evaluation processes, and employee relations initiatives. Utilize social media platforms for targeted recruitment marketing campaigns to attract diverse talent pools. Support training & development programs for new recruiters and participate in succession planning efforts to build a robust talent pipeline. Experience Proven experience in full cycle recruiting with a focus on high volume recruitment, technical recruiting, and executive search. Demonstrated success in managing HR sourcing strategies across multiple channels including social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, and research-based lead generation. Extensive knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, Kronos, UltiPro, Paychex, iCIMS, PeopleSoft or similar platforms for applicant tracking and HR management. Strong understanding of employment law in talent management and HR legal compliance to ensure lawful hiring practices. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with relationship management expertise to foster long-term partnerships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Experience working within human resources functions including employee orientation, employee evaluation, employee relations, contracts management, and training & development programs. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
