Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Bilingual Onsite Manager to lead our on-the-ground talent acquisition efforts at our customer. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless recruitment and onboarding of qualified candidates, fostering strong relationships with hiring managers, and maintaining a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strategic mindset, and extensive experience in technical recruiting, talent management, and HR sourcing. As a key member of our team, you will drive recruitment initiatives that support our company's growth and operational excellence. Duties Oversee daily onsite recruitment activities, ensuring alignment with organizational hiring goals and standards. Conduct comprehensive interviews, including behavioral and technical assessments, to identify top talent for various roles including executive, campus, and internal recruiting. Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide guidance on employment law compliance, and facilitate smooth hiring processes. Lead negotiation efforts for offers and contracts to secure optimal terms for both candidates and the organization. Coordinate employee orientation programs and onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate successfully into the company culture. Monitor employee evaluation processes and support employee relations initiatives to foster a positive work environment. Conduct research on labor market trends and competitor practices to enhance talent acquisition strategies. Support training & development initiatives aimed at improving recruiting team performance and succession planning efforts. Requirements Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Experience in recruiting management roles with a focus on onsite operations a plus. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to engage diverse audiences effectively. Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance across all recruitment activities. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Demonstrated ability in relationship management, cold calling for lead generation, research capabilities, and training & development facilitation. Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
