As part of our team, you will oversee the recruitment, coordination, and development of participants for our beauty pageant talent segments. The role involves working closely with contestants, mentors, judges, and event staff to ensure a seamless and inspiring experience throughout the pageant cycle.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit individuals with diverse talents in alignment with the organizations mission and values.
• Build relationships with talent agents, coaches, and community organizations to encourage participation.
• Coordinate auditions, interviews, and talent showcases for contestants.
• Provide guidance and constructive feedback to participants to help them refine their performances.
• Develop training materials, workshops, and schedules to support contestant preparation.
• Manage communication between contestants, mentors, and staff regarding talent segment requirements and logistics.
• Facilitate fair and consistent judging processes by collaborating with judges and ensuring clear criteria.
• Plan and execute talent-related events, rehearsals, and presentations during the pageant.
• Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that supports personal growth and confidence.
• Monitor contestant progress and address any concerns or challenges that arise.
• Evaluate talent segment outcomes and suggest improvements for future pageants.

• Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in talent management, event coordination, or the performing arts.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and motivational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of participants and stakeholders.
• Creative problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with pageant production, youth development, or faith-based organizations.
