For new General Partners, we provide consulting services to help accelerate the launch of their funds in addition to our full fund administration services. For established General Partners, we provide administration services and technology to whole fund families or select funds, to help scale their fund operations rapidly and efficiently. Role Overview The Global Head of Talent Acquisition is responsible for defining and executing the firm's global recruiting strategy and building a scalable talent acquisition function across all regions and business lines. This role provides strategic leadership over global recruiting operations, employer branding, and talent infrastructure to support the organization's long-term growth objectives. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Global Head of Talent Acquisition partners closely with business leaders, HR, Finance, and Operations to anticipate workforce needs, refine recruiting frameworks, and build a high-performing global talent function. This leader will establish best-in-class recruiting processes, systems, and communications while driving a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across all offices internationally. Key Responsibilities Design and lead the global talent acquisition strategy aligned to the firm's growth objectives Partner with leadership teams to translate business strategy and long-term workforce needs into scalable recruiting roadmaps across regions Lead and develop a globally distributed talent acquisition team, establishing clear standards, coaching recruiters, and ensuring consistent recruiting practices across regions Oversee full-cycle recruiting operations globally across experienced hires, executive hires, and campus programs Own and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tech stack Lead employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to strengthen the firm's visibility and competitiveness in global talent markets Refine interview frameworks, evaluation criteria, and interviewer training across regions Lead and advise on critical, senior-level, and hard-to-fill hires Manage relationships with external recruiting partners and oversee vendor management in partnership with cross-functional teams Establish data-driven recruiting practices, including pipeline tracking, funnel analytics, diversity metrics, and time-to-fill analysis Conduct global compensation benchmarking and maintain competitive salary band frameworks Ensure global recruiting practices comply with applicable employment laws and regulations Maintain high levels of confidentiality and ethical standards Qualifications 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant leadership responsibility Proven experience building and scaling global recruiting functions in high-growth or complex organizations Demonstrated success hiring senior and executive-level talent Experience leading distributed teams across multiple geographies Strong strategic planning, organizational design, and workforce analytics capabilities Experience implementing or optimizing global ATS and recruiting technology platforms Executive presence with ability to influence stakeholders up to the CEO and Board level Experience in alternative investments, financial services, or similarly competitive talent markets strongly preferred Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills Create a Job Alert Interested in building your career at Standish Management?
