Job Description
Position S ummary: Manages the employment function of the organization. Plans and directs activities concerned with such functions as developing sources of qualified applicants, conducting screening interviews, administering tests, checking backgrounds and references, and evaluating applicant's qualifications. Compile statistical reports concerning recruiting, hiring, promotions, and valid selection procedures. Independently manage vendor relationships to deliver premium employee experience. This includes ensuring overall compliance in filing immigration petitions while partnering on strategic initiatives to ensure innovation. Present leaders and HR personnel with immigration regulation updates and information. Facilitates both application and maintenance of lawful immigration status and employment authorization for employees and candidates. Continually analyze the immigration process to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Education :
Bachelor's Degree required and 5 years of direct experience in the field of international affairs/education preferred. Tra i n i ng and Exper i enc e : Two or more years Human Resources experience. Recruiting experience preferred. Advanced computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.Job Knowl edge:
Thorough understanding of Hospital policies and procedures. Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practice, policies, procedures and employment law. Excellent verbal and written communication. Must be professional and enthusiastic. Working knowledge of all US visa types, processes and may experience reviewing case facts to determine the optimal filing type.Location:
