Your expertise will be crucial in building robust talent pipelines, enhancing recruitment strategies, and ensuring our client attracts the best and brightest to deliver outstanding client experiences. What You'll Do Drive high-volume recruitment efforts for key service and operations organizations.

Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies, processes, and capabilities across various business verticals.

Conduct thorough resume reviews and insightful phone screenings to identify and recommend exceptional talent for client-facing positions.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from extending compelling offers to navigating the background checking process.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor to align on talent needs and secure ideal candidates. What You'll Bring A minimum of 6 years of proven, hands-on recruiting experience.

Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a high volume of requisitions, including the capacity to handle up to 25 unique roles simultaneously, alongside niche, specialized searches.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, enabling you to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Superior telephone and interpersonal communication skills, with a knack for building rapport and engaging candidates.

A deep understanding of current labor markets and talent pools, allowing for strategic sourcing.

Strong negotiation skills to secure top talent effectively.

A high sense of initiative and accountability, driving results independently.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), with a preference for iCIMS. Bonus Points Prior experience recruiting across multiple geographies.

Previous experience within the financial services industry.
