This position is responsible for leading a team of recruiters while implementing talent acquisition programs that drive recruiting effectiveness across Tyler. This role leverages industry expertise, operating as a high-impact business partner across Tyler divisions, while leading and supporting a team of recruiters in the deployment of programs and effective recruitment. The Team Lead reports to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisitions and provides support to the continued growth of Tyler's recruiters, ensuring an optimal candidate and hiring manager experience, strong employment brand, and a diverse pipeline of sourced talent to drive Tyler's continued growth. As a part of Tyler's corporate staff, you will make an impact on outcomes that affect various areas of the company. Your work will ultimately support our team members, clients, stakeholders, and the public sector. Location Plano, Texas | Lakewood, Colorado | Lawrenceville, Georgia | Yarmouth, Maine | Moraine, Ohio | Herndon, Virginia | Remote | Overland Park, Kansas Travel 0-5% Responsibilities Effectively lead a team of recruiters, including coaching, mentorship, performance management, and career development. Strategically balance workload distribution across recruiting team, in partnership with recruiting leadership colleagues. Implement and maintain programs and partnerships to drive effective attraction of high-quality, diverse talent across Tyler. Ensure the effective development of sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for critical roles and diverse talent pools through targeted sources including referral programs, technical communities, college and university partnerships, internships, and affinity groups. Support Tyler's diversity recruiting initiatives and continually assesses effectiveness. Partner with the business to strengthen Tyler's ability to recruit in a competitive talent market. Serve as trusted advisor to recruiters and hiring managers in the design and definition of open roles and development of candidate profiles and personas. Provide talent acquisition guidance to the business on recruitment marketing and talent attraction best practices. Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality candidates for key searches; lead targeted executive and senior level searches Continually improve effectiveness and ensure compliance in talent attraction programs and practices. Evaluate and optimize recruiting processes and tools for recruitment marketing, sourcing, and candidate assessment across the enterprise. This includes Jobvite, Tyler Technologies career site, sourcing tools, sourcing campaigns, and other talent attraction tools. Lead the team in sourcing and recruiting for international positions. Qualifications 3+ years handling full-cycle, corporate (in-house) recruiting Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities with a commitment to team development Highly successful business partnership skills, building relationships quickly and influencing effectively and collaboratively across functions, business lines and levels. Strong presentation and communication skills used to consistently translate business priorities into effective talent acquisition approaches and solutions. Effective championship of change and achievement of process improvements with a natural ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously through influence and relationships Highly organized, with a detail oriented Ability to analize data, set clear goals, and measure outcomes State-Specific Salary Range Disclosure Requirements Salary will generally fall between $83,524
  • $136,276 before adjustment for geographic differences.
