We're looking for a Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations to lead Talent Acquisition systems, onboarding operations, vendor management, compliance, and process optimization across our enterprise. You'll join a collaborative, forward thinking Talent Acquisition team that supports hiring across multiple operating groups serving defense, space, civilian, health, and intelligence customers. This is a highly visible role partnering with Talent Acquisition leaders, recruiters, HR, IT, and business stakeholders to strengthen our hiring infrastructure and elevate the candidate and hiring manager experience. What You'll Do Lead the strategy and daily operations of Talent Acquisition systems, processes and tools, with a team of four+ operations staff Oversee ATS/CRM optimization and user adoption Manage onboarding operations to ensure a seamless new hire experience Own vendor relationships such as staffing agencies, background checks, drug screens, job boards, and compliance partners Ensure compliance with OFCCP, EEO, and federal contracting requirements, managing and overseeing audit reporting Improve workflows, documentation, and TA service delivery Lead, support, and develop direct reports through coaching, individualized growth planning, and proactive performance management Partner with TA, HR, IT, and business leaders to drive operational excellence Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years in Talent Acquisition; 2+ years leading and managing teams Experience with enterprise ATS/CRM platforms Experience in federal government contracting Strong understanding of
OFCCP/EEO
