Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead recruitment operations and support hiring strategies in Richmond, Virginia. This position oversees a small talent acquisition team while partnering with leadership to improve the candidate experience, strengthen onboarding practices, and maintain efficient HR processes. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in human resources administration, employee relations, benefits coordination, and HR systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach two talent acquisition team members, setting priorities and monitoring performance to ensure hiring goals are achieved.
  • Partner with organizational leadership to develop effective recruiting strategies that attract candidates with relevant experience across a range of roles.
  • Oversee the full hiring lifecycle, including job posting coordination, candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer support, and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment and employee data within HR systems and ensure records are updated in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Collaborate with HR partners on onboarding, employee relations matters, and benefits-related questions to support a positive employee experience.
  • Review recruitment workflows and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, and service quality.
  • Prepare hiring activity reports and provide updates on recruiting progress, staffing challenges, and team performance.
  • Support department initiatives involving recruiting operations or internal process changes when needed, ensuring minimal disruption to hiring activities.
