The successful candidate will be an analytical problem solver, and have an extremely high level of customer focus. This role will support our goal to deliver scalable water infrastructure. You will work backwards to define roadmaps, and drive execution across stakeholders. This role will support AWS's sustainable infrastructure expansion by owning development of mechanisms and technology solutions that deliver automation, data management, and analytics to help achieve our scale. The candidate will be comfortable managing competing priorities and be able to bring clarity and order to ambiguous scenarios. A successful candidate will have a professional demeanor and be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical people at every level, both internally and externally. Key job responsibilities- Own program management throughout the entire lifecycle of technology solutions, mechanisms, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain a roadmap of scheduled products, defining new features to meet emerging customers' needs.
- Facilitate collaboration between engineering teams, non-technical partners, and stakeholders on global team's technology requirements, goals, and milestones.
- Drive process improvement to streamline execution of technology solutions to completion.
- Collaborate with global customers and stakeholders ensuring efforts are aligned with a cohesive, scalable future vision and strategy.
- 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience Preferred Qualifications
- Masters or MBA in related field
- Proven experience leading initiatives related to water/utilities programs and products, infrastructure development, or data center planning
- Proven experience diving deep into data, existing processes, people, and systems in order to simplify complex processes
- Experience with business intelligence platforms, or building data analytics tools.
- Proven track record partnering with business owners to understand requirements, developing analysis to solve their business problems, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver results
