Job Description

The Distribution Center (DC) Training job family is responsible for developing and delivering training programs to ensure that employees within the distribution center have the knowledge, skills, and certifications necessary to perform their roles effectively and safely. This job family includes tasks such as onboarding new hires, conducting safety and compliance training, developing role-specific instructional materials, and assessing employee performance to identify additional training needs. Individuals in the DC Training job family excel in instructional design, communication, and employee development, working to cultivate a skilled and knowledgeable workforce. By providing comprehensive training and fostering continuous learning, this job family plays a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency, promoting workplace safety, and supporting employee growth and retention. $36.68 - $42.64 The salary range posted reflects the estimated minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in: Moreno Valley, California Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
