A Director of Training and Development is responsible for managing all staff training and professional development programs for an employer or organization. Decides the training requirements of the organization and designs training programs that address staff needs. May also be partially responsible for determining the strategic goals of the organization. Supervises training managers and training staff and evaluates training impact.

Job Description
- Director oversight over Community Transition in and out
- Touch bases with Clients to improve relations and satisfaction.
- Mentor and guide team members, including providing training to new hires.
- Own resolution of escalated service items.
- Assist with management of strategic planning, business development, and fiscal operations at the branch level.
- Knowledge of GAAP at a proficient level.
- Knowledge in Customer Service
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at an expert level.
- Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at an expert level.
- Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
- Confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities.
- Time management and time critical prioritization skills. Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred or Based on Experience
- 5•7 years of directly related or closely related experience • 5•7 years of Management and/or Supervisory experience • 5•7 years of Community Association experience (preferred)

$75,000.00- $85,000.
