Job Description
Director of the Foundation . Cloud County Community College (CCCC) seeks a Director of the Foundation. The Director of theFoundation is responsible for leading and advancing the fundraising, donor relations, and development efforts of the institution under thesupervision and direction of the President or the President's designee. The Director shall possess, at minimum, a bachelor's degree anddemonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to successfully lead fundraising and development initiatives. Experience infundraising, donor cultivation, advancement, development, public relations, marketing, sales, nonprofit leadership, higher education, orrelated fields is preferred. The Director shall demonstrate excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills;possess strong organizational and project management abilities; and demonstrate an understanding of and appreciation for the mission ofCloud County Community College and communicating CCCC's programs, services, and impact to donors, alumni, community partners, and otherconstituencies. Experience working with charitable foundations, nonprofit organizations, or 501(c)(3) entities is desirable. This is afull-time, 12-month position with a benefit package that includes health, dental and vision coverage, and paid leave time.
