Job Description
Job Summary The Training & Development Manager is responsible for leading the Company's training and development function across all service centers. This position oversees Regional Trainers, develops and implements training programs, manages onboarding initiatives, maintains certification programs, and partners with Operations Leadership to drive employee development and operational excellence. The Training & Development Manager is responsible for ensuring consistent training execution, identifying development opportunities, building talent pipelines, and creating programs that support employee growth, engagement, and retention. This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and requires regular travel throughout the Company's operating regions. Duties & Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Directly supervise and support all Regional Trainers. Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, and develop Regional Trainers. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development. Coordinate trainer schedules and deployment to support operational needs. Ensure consistency in training delivery across all markets. Operational Support & Performance Improvement Conduct field visits to assess training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. Partner with Regional Managers and Area Managers to address performance gaps through coaching and training. Support new store openings, operational rollouts, and company initiatives. Ensure training programs align with company standards and operational expectations. Reporting & Analytics Track and report training metrics, certification compliance, onboarding effectiveness, and development progress. Provide regular updates and recommendations to Executive Leadership. Analyze trends related to training, turnover, employee development, and operational performance. Develop action plans based on training and performance data. Job Requirements 5+ years of operational leadership, training, employee development, or related experience, including experience leading teams. Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams. Experience creating, implementing, and managing training programs, certification programs, and employee development initiatives. Strong presentation, facilitation, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to build relationships and effectively influence employees at all levels of the organization. Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop action plans based on results. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, reporting tools, and company training systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Ability to travel extensively, including overnight travel, as business needs require. Ability to conduct training in active service center environments and stand for extended periods during training sessions. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Pay:
