Job Description The Michigan Civil Service Commission (MCSC) is seeking an innovative and passionate leader to lead the internal development and training of MCSC employees. As the Employee Development and Training Manager, you will shape how MCSC develops its workforce, strengthens leadership at all levels, and prepares the next generation of Human Resources (HR) professionals. You will build and oversee programs that help employees grow professionally, enhance technical expertise, and contribute to a culture of learning, continuous improvement, collaboration, and excellence. This is an opportunity to create something meaningful. In this role, you will influence the future of the MCSC's workforce, strengthen organizational culture, and help ensure MCSC employees have the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to provide exceptional service to our customers and partners.
