Job Responsibilities Instructional Design & Learning Development Design instructor-led and digital training programs using instructional design principles. Translate subject matter expertise into clear learning objectives, activities, assessments, and materials. Apply adult learning best practices and interactive techniques to improve engagement and retention. Digital Content Development Create presentations, videos, job aids, workflow diagrams, and microlearning modules. Use tools such as PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Synthesia, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar platforms. Learn and apply new digital creation tools as needed. Experience translating content into other languages beneficial. Subject Matter Expert Collaboration Partner with subject matter experts to capture knowledge, build training, and identify improvement opportunities. Training Facilitation & Learner Engagement Facilitate training sessions, workshops, onboarding programs, and other learning initiatives. LMS Support Work with the Training Specialist to deploy LMS content and provide backup support as needed. Continuous Improvement Evaluate training effectiveness, recommend improvements, and support a scalable training ecosystem. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in instructional design, training development, or learning and development. Ability to develop engaging digital training materials. Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and project management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ADDIE, backward design, multimedia/eLearning development, learning management systems, workflow documentation, process mapping, construction, or workforce development.
