In this position, you will be instrumental in coordinating and supporting vital learning experiences that empower leaders across the organization. Your expertise will directly influence the effectiveness of training strategies, ensuring that leaders are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to drive success and innovation. You'll be at the heart of transforming learning operations, adapting to evolving priorities, and collaborating with various partners to deliver exceptional development opportunities.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for leadership learning events and platforms, guiding best practices and optimal utilization.
What You'll Bring:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar training coordination positions, coupled with demonstrated project management and event planning expertise.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to establish trust and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
Communication Proficiency:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and engagingly.
Adaptability:
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and effectively manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Prior Learning Management System (LMS) administration experience is strongly preferred. #LI-NP1 —
