Job Description
Job summary: This individual will play a key role in enhancing the professional development of financial advisors and their staff within the firm. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, delivering, and evaluating corporate training programs that support both individual growth and organizational goals. As a trusted partner, the Learning & Development Specialist will foster a learning culture that drives continuous improvement, employee engagement, and business success. Let's talk job responsibilities: Initiate campaigns that direct our sales teams with a strategic account to discover sales opportunities and to drive production goals. Continuously review updates and changes to policies & procedures and technology to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and act as a resource to sales leadership and others Assess training needs, including existing course requirements and projected course requirements Create training collateral (e.g., quick reference cards) to simplify learning and increase retention Conduct task analysis and develop workflow documentation that can be leveraged by the field Evaluate and make recommendations on capacity modeling and utilization of specialist Formulate, implement, evaluate and measure career development and mentoring programs Lead training seminars and conduct periodic site visits to assess work quality, identify opportunities for productivity and efficiency improvements, and document sessions for each attendee. Manage and maintain master course files, ensuring all training materials are up-to-date and organized. Collect and evaluate student feedback, prepare consolidated reports on instructor and course effectiveness, and produce monthly training activity and capacity reports for management.
Your experience and skills:
Bachelors Degree in Education, Business, Insurance, or related field or equivalent experience 6+ years of experience in training or instructional design within the insurance or financial services industry Experience with compliance training and continuing education programs Familiarity with CRM systems and insurance software platforms Knowledge of adult learning theory and performance-based training models About Integrity Integrity is one of the nation's leading independent distributors of life, health and wealth insurance products.
