Non Probationary Driver's License High School Diploma or Equivalent 3 years Management experience 5 years working with intellectual and developmental disabilities Superior knowledge of DDD regulations Organization skills Microsoft Office Staff training and scheduling Responsibilities Build and inspire a high-performing team that shares our commitment to exceptional care Mentor and develop staff members, fostering their growth while maintaining service excellence Create an environment where person-centered care isn't just a concept, but a daily reality Form meaningful connections with residents, understanding their unique needs and aspirations Ensure residents receive comprehensive support that enhances their quality of life Drive continuous improvement in care quality through regular audits and staff development Lead by example in maintaining compliance with Heart to Heart policies Budget management Staff training and development Other duties as assigned by Director of Operations, Regional Program Director
