At Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, great leadership is essential to achieving our mission. As an Organizational Development Consultant, you'll help shape the future of our workforce by empowering leaders, strengthening teams, and supporting employees at every stage of their professional journey. In this highly collaborative role, you'll partner with leaders across the organization to design and deliver impactful learning experiences, leadership development programs, coaching services, and change management strategies. Your work will help build leadership capability, enhance team effectiveness, and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth. If you're passionate about developing people, guiding organizational change, and creating innovative learning solutions, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact. The starting annual salary for this position is $93,659 and this can include a full comprehensive benefits package.
What You'll Do:
As an Organizational Development Consultant, you'll serve as a trusted advisor and learning partner by: Facilitating leadership development programs, workshops, and training sessions across the organization Providing leadership, executive, and career coaching to support individual and organizational success Designing and implementing learning solutions that strengthen leadership capabilities and workforce readiness Partnering with leaders to identify development opportunities and create targeted learning strategies Supporting organizational change initiatives through thoughtful planning, communication, and employee engagement efforts Collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop impactful learning experiences Designing programs grounded in adult learning principles and best practices Evaluating the effectiveness of leadership development and training initiatives and recommending enhancements Helping leaders and teams navigate change, growth, and evolving business priorities Promoting a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and organizational effectiveness Supporting initiatives that improve employee engagement, collaboration, and team performance Staying current on emerging trends and best practices in leadership development, coaching, and organizational effectiveness

Experience in organizational development, leadership development, talent development, learning and development, human resources, or a related field Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences and learning styles Experience providing coaching to leaders, managers, or employees Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices Experience supporting organizational change initiatives and employee adoption strategies Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills Exceptional communication and presentation abilities The ability to influence and build trust across all levels of an organization Strong project management and organizational skills An analytical mindset with experience evaluating program effectiveness and outcomes A collaborative approach and passion for improving employee and organizational performance Who Will Be Successful in

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience 1. Master's degree in Psychology, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, one of the Behavioral Sciences or related discipline and the equivalent of six (6) years of full-time experience in organizational development, leadership, and/or transformation and change management required, including personal, leadership, or executive coaching experience; or 2. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, one of the Behavioral Sciences or related discipline and the equivalent of eight (8) years of full-time experience in organizational development, leadership, and/or transformation and change management required, including personal, leadership, or executive coaching experience.

Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards.
