Training Prescription, Monitoring and Coaching Design, prescribe, monitor and physical training programs. Design, prescribe, and monitor individualised training programs based on physical performance assessments of each sport, ensuring optimal adaptation and performance outcomes. Educate and empower athletes to improve their physical capacity and movement abilities and quality through strength and conditioning sessions. 2. Data Analysis and Interpretation Analyse physiological and performance data to deliver evidence-basedrecommendations that inform training load management, recovery strategies, andperformance enhancement. 3. Athlete and Coach Education Educate and empower athletes to make informed decisions regarding theirtraining, recovery, and performance preparation. Empower and share knowledge with coaches to make informed decisions regardingperiodisation, training, recovery and performance preparation 4. Research and Innovation Stay current with advances in sport science research and contribute to thedevelopment and implementation of innovative performance support practices. 5. Collaboration Work closely with coaches and multidisciplinary sport science and sportmedicine teams to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to athletedevelopment. 6. Daily Training Environment Ensure that the daily training environment such as the training space (e.g.gym) is optimal for athlete development Requirements Background in Exercise Science, Human Movement, or a related field Strength and Conditioning certification by either ASCA, CSCCs, NSCA, UKSCA Strong theoretical foundation in periodisation, training adaptations,performance testing, strength and conditioning, biomechanics and exercisephysiology within high-performance sport environments Proficiency in the coaching and teaching of exercise and human movementincluding free weights, weightlifting (both Olympic and general) sprinting,jumping and agility drills Ability to perform movement analysis (both qualitative and quantitative) toinform coaching practice. Proficiency in conducting and interpreting physical performance and capacitytests, including IMTP, 1RM, MAS, Agility, beep test, and Yo-Yo testing Strong ability to identify physical performance limiting factors and linkanalytical findings to practical training and performance recommendations
