This role supports leaders in navigating complex challenges such as decision-making, organizational dynamics, change management, and interpersonal effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Leadership and Development Coaching Coach leaders on leadership style, presence, influence, communication, and decision-making. Support development of core leadership competencies, including accountability, adaptability and emotional intelligence. Help leaders navigate people-management challenges, conflict, and organizational dynamics. Guide leaders through transitions such as role expansion, organizational change, or career development. Strengthen leaders' self-awareness, values alignment, and leadership mindset. Assist leaders to explore stress-level, confidence, and behavioral patterns affecting leadership effectiveness. Create a confidential coaching environment. Administer and interpret leadership assessments and development tools. Co-create development plans aligned with organizational and individual goals.
